From Family Tradition to a Growing Business
A little about us, our story begins with a simple yet powerful mission: to create cleaner, healthier communities. Clear-Lot owner Brian Marella drew inspiration from his family and a shared passion for reducing litter. Walking through their neighborhood, Brian turned litter collection into a bonding activity with his children, filling trash bags as they strolled. Each piece of trash they picked up earned a reward, fostering a sense of pride in caring for their home and surroundings.

​​Clear-Lot was born out of that vision—a commitment to inspire change, one community at a time. Today, we specialize in debris removal, proudly serving the Philadelphia Metro area. Our goal? To eventually operate nationwide. With 70% of real estate zoned for commercial use, they greatest impact is made by keeping these focusing on maintaining commercial lots.
